The power is transmitted to the wheel via a 6-speed gearbox.

Speaking about the Yamaha R15, one cannot doubt the fact about how much the sports motorcycle can be deceptive in its approach. With a rather modest 155.1 cc single-cylinder engine, the R15 can blow up the acceleration with a humongous 19.04 bhp of power at 10,000 revs per minute and a maximum torque of 14.7 Nm at 8,500 revolutions per minute. The power is sent to the wheels via a 6-speed gearbox.

However, even though the R15 is slightly modest when compared to the beastly 200NS, the former can zoom across the road with a blink of an eye considering the lightweight platform that it is built on.

The overall efficiency

The Bajaj Pulsar sports bike 200NS, even though has the power to work with, lack some features that adds to the flaws. With such a powerful engine, the safety of an ABS would have been all the buyers would have asked for. But the company does not offer that feature even as an option. Moreover, the average mileage of 30 kilometres in the city and a maximum of 40 on the highway is what keeps the buyer’s contemplation.

The Yamaha R15, on the other hand, does not quite disappoint as the buyers tend to be more content with the sporty riding position, slipper clutch, and a fully digital instrument cluster, at the cost of average fuel efficiency.

The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS, a naked streetfighter, a more than handy commuter, a budget-friendly racer, and all the other names it could be tagged as has all the elements to woo the crowd. It can hit an acceleration of 0-60 km per hour in just 3.6 seconds along with a top speed of 136 km per hour. More often than not, it’s the naked frame of the 200NS that keeps the buyers interested.
