Business Account Users Will Follow This Process: 

  • sign in to your account in the same way 
  • now you will find your name at the top right section rather than the gear icon that personal account users will click 
  • click on your name 
  • the account settings option will appear 
  • click on the option and then select the money, bank, and cards option 
  • once you click on the option, you will be forwarded to the manage automatically payments option 
  • similarly, select the service that you want to cancel here 
  • you will find a cancel button adjacent to the respective service 
  • confirm your cancellation by clicking on the cancel automatically payments key 

However, canceling automatic payment subscriptions from PayPal’s mobile app is impossible. To execute the cancellation process, you only have to visit the website. But there are indeed a lot of discrepancies in the process.  

Firstly, you may face technical errors now and then. You might also find that the cancellation process is complete but has not been activated yet. So, it won’t be odd to find one or two substitution fees deducted even after you have completed the process clinically. Click on it, and then enter the refund amount you expect. But don’t make any mistakes when entering the amount. Otherwise, the refund process will be canceled immediately.

In addition, remember that initiating a full or partial refund is equally possible. But you must initiate the process within 6 months from the payment date. Also, remember that you cannot cancel the refund process after you have initiated it.

Once you do that, the complaint is officially registered. After that, you must wait around 10 days for an official acknowledgment from PayPal. Generally, you can expect a resolution within 15 days. In some cases, you might have to wait up to 35 days. But it only happens in cases where actual investigations are required. 

The PayPal resolution center is also available for your support. After logging into your account, you can navigate to this resolution center.

Then, navigate to the view option adjacent to the dispute you want to escalate. Choose the “escalate this option” option at the end of the page. Follow the instructions on the page to launch a formal claim regarding any issue.
