Coconut Oil Pulling:

You can use Turmeric or Curcuma gel for alleviating gum disease. Curcumin happens to be an active ingredient in turmeric and hence the name.

Green Tea:

Green Tea is another of the products that are known for health benefits. It consists of anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also very helpful for oral health. You can use unsweetened green tea as a mouthwash for sensitive teeth twice a day. This will help to reduce inflammation and strengthen teeth. The extracts of green tea can also heal gum pain and other gum related issues. So you should drink two-three cups of green tea every day.
