2. Stick The Tape To The Bag

After you have created a neat fold, take the fold and open it up to form a tilted square. Then, fold down the open area and flatten the corners of the fold. Now, you have the base of the bag shaped like a triangle. 

E. Secure The Base Of The Bag 

To secure the ends of the bag’s base, fold the ends of the square towards the center. 

Make sure you press down the fold to create an overlap to secure the base of the wrapping paper bag. Then, tape the seams of the base with a tape.

F. Attach The Ribbon Handles To The Bag 

Once the bottom of the bag is secure, you are ready to open it. Now, place the bag vertically and use a hole punch to create two holes on the top folds. Make sure that the holes are present on both sides of the bag.
